KNDLI LIFE is an all-in-one support service for foreigners living in Korea. Jeonse is a uniquely Korean rental system: you pay a large deposit and live with no monthly rent. Monthly rent (wolse) means paying a deposit plus rent every month. For foreigners, monthly rent or semi-jeonse is more common. We accompany you through the entire contract process with interpretation and advice.

Yes. You will need an Alien Registration Card and your passport, and some landlords are hesitant about renting to foreigners. We interpret and negotiate between you, the real estate agent, and the landlord, and we review the contract together with you.
