From zero to an AI team: how we got here
The full journey of a Taiwanese woman with zero AI and computer skills who, over 3 years of talking to AI in Korean, built a 20-bot agent team, websites, apps, and chatbots.
The start: zero AI, zero computer skills
A foreigner who moved from Taiwan to Korea. She did not know what a prompt was and struggled with computers. Coding was out of the question.
2023 onward: GPTers cohort 9, taking on AI in Korean
Three consecutive years in GPTers since cohort 9, Korea's largest AI community. She learned AI in Korean, not her native language, and worked through projects by talking to AI in Korean. Selected as a best case many times.

A non-developer built the 17-member family matrix v3.2 with Claude Code. Runs on its own 24/7 across 3 devices: a Windows tower, a Mac mini, and the cloud.
