These terms govern your use of BELLA AI ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides AI diagnosis/recommendations, prompt & automation design generation, learning content, and knowledge storage (bookshelf). Some features are free, others paid (subscription/credits). AI outputs are for reference and are not guaranteed for accuracy or fitness.

2. Accounts

You must register with accurate information and keep your account secure. Impersonation or misuse may result in restriction.

3. Payment, Subscription, Credits & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed at the cycle/amount shown at checkout and may auto-renew until cancelled. To cancel: app My Page → Membership → Cancel Subscription, or email kndli.210@gmail.com (per e-commerce law).
Credits are a prepaid means for purchasing outputs; used credits are non-refundable.
Refunds follow applicable law and app-store policies. In-app purchases follow the respective store's (Apple/Google) refund process.

4. User Content & IP

You retain rights to content you save/input (bookshelf, notes). We process it only to provide features. The Service's design, software, and brand belong to KNDLI.

5. Prohibited Use

Generating illegal/harmful content, infringing others' rights, disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service, and abusing automation are prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is"; you are responsible for how you use AI outputs. KNDLI's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may change with prior notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes subject to the competent court.
