This project is our first experiment in bringing them into the physical world — so, no hype: we only confirm production after checking pre-order demand. Planning, design, even this page — it's all the agent team's work.

What happens if production isn't confirmed?

If demand falls short and production isn't confirmed, reservations are automatically cancelled in full and we email you the outcome. No action needed on your side.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

You can cancel anytime before production is confirmed. After delivery, exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days for defects only. Contact us via our KakaoTalk channel.
